YOUTH : This is a vital challenge since youth are the parish's future and the future of the church. This challenge is to increase the visibility of both high school age youth and young adults in the faith community and their active participation in the projects and ministries of the parish.

In five years, the parish community can positively effect the integration of youth into the life of the parish by creating unique opportunities that: 
1) emphasize youth's generosity and spirit of service, 
2) develop leadership skills, and 
3) encourage shared participation by adults.

Actions to promote the above may include: 

•Researching current needs

•Determining degree of interest and level of support

•Developing a Youth Ministry

•Designating a Youth Minister

•Exploring a focus on family centered religious education
